No service after online order

<p>I am shocked with the lack of service from Waltons - Back to School. I placed an order online on 9 December and paid in full for the order. I have had NO communication after all the emails that I have sent asking where my order is. I have phoned many times and they always say they will get back to me... STILL no news on my order. </p>
