NO SERVICE

Dont offer a back to school online service if it cant be maintianed and handled. Order Nov 23. No response since. My calls are passed on from one person to next. Brandon is pathetic and never gets back to you. Held on for over 20 minutes and still have no one helping. I will NOT be supporting or recommending this lack of service.
