No response on item not delivered!

I have placed an order with Waltons back to school on the 8th of January. Only part of the order was delivered and I have been following up via email, numerous phones calls for the last 2 weeks and keep getting told that they will check and phone me back! Its almost 15 days later and still no response or any idea as to when my daughters backpack will be delivered???!!!! She needed it for when school started which was last week Wednesday. This has been the worst experience ever.
