No Feedback on Back ordered Item

I placed an order through my son's school in Oct 2015. The back pack I ordered was out of stock. In early November Walton's contacted me to ask if they could order it and deliver it seperately to the stationery. I agreed.<br> It is now end of January and despite having placed 6 calls to enquire about the backpack, I haven't yet spoken to anybody who could assist me. Every single time I am told someone will phone me back, no body ever does. Today I phoned and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor in the Back to School Dept to be told they were all in the warehouse and someone would get back to me. When I said that was never going to happen they said please hold, my call was transferred to various places where nobody ever spoke to me and eventually after 9 minutes and 20 seconds my call was cut off.... I am at the end of .... it!
