never any stock, never gets back to client

It has been a year now since I have been experiencing bad service with Waltons Welkom. They never have any stock. I phone before the time to place an order, \and we are 50km from Welkom\", asking to get the order ready so that our driver can just collect. When he gets there, nothing is ready, half of the stock is not there. If you phone to hear when your order will be complete, they claim that some of the items has not been on the order. how Is that possible if they receive the original order by hand via our driver. back order never gets delivered, even though they do drive to Hennenman. I have been waiting for HP black ink for more than two months now. Even placed it on a new order now. Have been asking if the have wage envelopes since last year. Nothing. Sorry to say, this is going make the company close the account."
