medical files still not received

honestly, waltons has very poor service. I have been trying to get medical files delivered to my practice for more than 4 weeks. we still have not received anything. then last week they told us that they will send a form for me to till in so that they can sort the delivery out. I still have not received any forms from them. they are sooo unprofessional. I have been treating patients without files for the last 4 weeks and all the papers are just going to get lost or mixed up. I have contacted tidy files and I think they are doing a better job. I think I will tell all the specialists in my building to look into other companies as well
