I would like to Thank the service I have recieved from Tracey in Woodstock WC today. She was very calm, friendly and worked very hard to make sure I get assisted. I had many reasons to complain but she gave me the best service to hold on and turn my complaint into a very good compliment. Thank you Tracey and your colleagues, you really stood out for me today and actually made my day.
