Im still struggling to get in touch of them for my refund

Since i ordered from them(onlime) on the 4th of January 2024 and my order has been saying "expired" and after many attempts of asking what expired means with no responces i cancelled the order and was expecting to see funds reflecting back to my account but nothing. I emailed them and called but the call agents will tell you to email and they dont respond to emails. Today is a full month without any assistance. My nearest store also cant assit,tthey say i should call the head office. This company is a no no for online orders
