I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER!
I ordered stationery online (ORD137187). On the website it says delivery in 5-7 days. We are now on day 8 and school starts tomorrow! I have spent days on the phone trying to track my order and no one can find it - The website does not even load tracking when clicked on. I have spent so much money being on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone! When the consultants say they will phone back, they never do. This service is absolutely disgusting. I have children that are very stressed about their first day of school and now they are going completely unprepared with no stationery. THIS IS NOT OK! DELIVER ON YOUR PROMISE! Someone needs to contact me ASAP
