I bet this employee claimed to be good with people in his job application

<p>The Waltons Stationery( Fourways branch) doesnt have big trolleys and since I was purchasing 3 boxes of paper and 8 big files the lady at the till requested her male colleague to help me carry my purchases to the car. I'm a black lady so her colleague must have assumed I dont understand Afrikaans as he questioned her(in Afrikaans) as to why he should help me seeing they dont get tips for this. I was rushing somewhere and didnt have the time to confront or speak to the manager about this...but I later called in and my complaint was well received by the branch manager who assured me the respective employee will be dealt with. It is of interest to me however, how this terrible display of bad attitude and zero customer service from this individual will be dealt with. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
