Horrible customer service and online store

Absolute worst service. Ordered a year planner online and received a 2020 calendar. Took days for them to come collect, more days for them to send a new one and it was a cheap paper knock off which wasn’t what I ordered. They don’t treat customer service with urgency. They really don’t care. Fortunately got my refund but don’t bother buying from their online store and expecting good service.
