Great stationery store - not so great office furniture store
<p>I bought two office chairs from Waltons. One was faulty from the start but I neglected to take it back to Waltons or report it otherwise timeously. When I eventually got round to take it back the term for replacement had expired and I was told it would have to be sent back for repair. It has been 2 months and I've heard nothing back.</p>
