Great service from Waltons

I need to thank Waltons for the excellent service I received following my frustration in January when my kids stationery was not delivered on time. The efforts made by the Woodmead branch manager to ensure I got the stationery before schools opened was awesome. I then received an apology letter with a voucher which was much appreciated. My whole complaint was handled very satisfactorily and I just needed to thank Waltons. Looking forward to placing my orders for 2023.
