false advertising on black friday, their code for 15% discount would not accept. I have sent mail with a complaint, but no response.

I am very sorry for the poor experience resulting from this and the delay in responding.
Unfortunately we disabled discount codes over Black Friday as all our products were already significantly discounted.
Apologies if this was not communicated clearly enough- it is certainly something we will work on going forward.
