FAILURE TO REFUND AFTER BAD SERVICE

on the 20th May 2015 bought from Waltons Office Furniture amounted to R18628.26 some items where delivered except round oak table and 6 visitors chairs which took 2 months to be delivered. on the 23/07/2015 i called the store to find out of my late order i was told they will deliver the next day which they did. However it was a wrong order i asked the sales man to rectify that because the sales man-lucky which i bought all the items to was no longer with the company. yesterday i was refunded only R3119.00 FOR 8 CHAIRS which is ridicoulsly low compare to the items i paid for.
