Failure to deliver basic services

I have never written a review before. I'm not particularly eager to cause inconveniences for other people because I know each of us is struggling with something or the other. I'm not sure how to address this issue, but a friend of mine suggested that I post a message on here so that I might get the attention of the mentioned company.

I've ordered a small amount of stationery that I desperately needed. I'm a volunteer teacher and work and live in a rural town in the Karoo, and we have limited shops and stationary here. After messaging the company, a lady with the name Allison told me that my package would arrive as soon as possible and she apologises for the delay. I asked her if she can add Prestic to the order because there is no more Prestic in our local shop and I have to drive 72km to the next nearest shop. She said that she's sorry, but the order has already been shipped, and I can place another order... So I waited a few more weeks and then only the year calendar I ordered arrived (mid-May. YEAR calendar). I emailed again expressing my frustration, and asking her to ask her supervisor if she could add Prestic to my order and express mail the rest of my order to me with no additional cost. I told her that this would be the least they can do for my inconvenience. She has not responded, and it's day two since that email. I phoned the company's customer care, and a lovely lady Aquilla answered the phone. I told her that I'd have to speak quickly because I'm not sure how much airtime I have left on my phone. She very politely offered to phone me back, and I gave her my phone number. She has not phoned yet. It's been hours since her offer to phone me back. I phoned again and left my number with an automated service bot. Still nothing.

I'm prepping matric students for their final year studies. Some of them don't even have books which I managed to buy at the local store. I've spent my last bit of savings on crucial stationery to uplift an impoverished part of the community in hopes that they may encourage others in future. How am I supposed to function without basic stationery needs?? Should I use chewing gum, plastic bags and shoe polish to create a board to write on? Should I phone the CEO of the company and explain to them that I don't have the time to call and email their employees each week to solicit a response? I don't know what to do anymore.
