Early and severe wearing of Cosmo range of Office Furniture from Waltons

This is not a knock on the Waltons staff who tried their best to help me .

I bought the Cosmo range of office furniture in 2017 for my medical practice. In under three years, there has been ‘bubbling’ and wearing of the upholstery.

There is a five year warranty on the furniture. But the manufacturer won’t honor it because they say we used chemicals on it ( sunlight soap and water in fact). They didn’t bother to ask me what we had used.

To re-upholster would be half the price of the furniture- very expensive to do every three years on workmanship you don’t have faith in.

So just a word of caution to my fellow customer who is looking at the Cosmo range of office furniture at Waltons
