Disgusting service

I have just called waltons head office and spoke to the receptionist Felicia or Felicity. Her telephone etiquette is atrocious to say the least. She answers he phone and does not identify herself. When i mentioned this she advised that she did not seem the been to identify herself. When i advised that she should identify herself as she is answering a company phone she began t argue with me. Eventually i requested t speak to her HR and she put me back on queue. This is the worst receptionist i have ever come across and i have been holding back on the queue for the past 20 minutes and each time the call gets through she put me back online. Disgusting!!!!
