Delivered to wrong address. No refund!

Placed an order online, phoned every contact centre they have with no assistance at all. According to their agent Brandon Erasmus my kids stationery was delivered to Kensington. He didn't even bother to check the delivery address I gave which clearly stipulates Kuils River nor do they offer any solution to fix their mistake! So now i paid for another child's stationery while mine has none and Walton's isnt doing a single thing to rectify this matter. Disgusted with this pathetic service!
