Delay in delivery

<p>First I requested a quotation and it took for ever for them to respond . I got the quotation and on 26 of November I made payment and e-mailed every information they needed. I called them to find out if they received payment and I spoke to Esther Msimang who agreed that everything is perfect and the product will be delivered on Monday 28 or Tuesday 29 . Still today is the 1st of Dec the is no delivery . I called the office numerous times but now I have run out of options . I'm also running a business and the delay in delivery is putting my business at risk. I might loose my clients . Please see to it that the product is delivered by end of business today .</p>
