Completely useless

I placed an order for my daughter on the 4th of November and paid it in full. Now off course no one can find the order. This is super frustrating as no one can assist me and school opens in a week. I mean seriously I did this in November for a reason so that I don't have to run around like lunatic looking for books. Waltona your service leaves much to be desired,!!!!! now I know why everyone recommends Art and Office. I placed an order with them at the same time and got the stationery at the end od November.

I will NEVER use Waltons again and will not recommend it to anyone.
