Bulk of stationary order not delivered

I placed an online order on 19/01/2021 and got my order on 21/01/2021. I was almost satisfied with how quickly I got my order only to find that only 5 out of the 36 items I had ordered were delivered. That is a straight ripoff. I tried to call the contact centre and they put me on hold for over an hour till I hung up. Tried calling again and they continue to put me on hold.

I regret using their online store. So disappointed.
