Bad Service

I ordered school items on the 6 of January 2021 online. Order number ***. Since then I had issues, I only received the items about 2 weeks after the ordered date, then I also only received some of the items (only a few of everything that was ordered). The school bag was damaged. Then I returned the school bag to be replaced - after a long wait I was told that the bag I ordered was out of stock my daughter must take a different bag. So there was a deferens in price (the one selected was less) in the mean time I had to buy pritt in a local store because it was one of the items I didn't receive. So I had to ask a refund for the pritt. When I received the school bag and the rest of the items I've ordered was received (except the pritt because I ask them not to send and rather refund) then wrong pencil case was send and back and forward I was told there was also no stock available of the pencil case I have ordered so I ask to refund that also. it's now the 10th of Feb, and I still didn't receive any refund. I need to be refunded for the pritt, and the pencil case and part of the bag that was ordered. Thanks
