Bad, really

I was utterly dissatisfied with the treatment i got from employees of bidvest Walton's in Hillcrest on the 30th Aug when I visited the store to buy oil paint and canvases for my artworks. As I entered I stood my longboard up against the wall and went around the store looking at what was available when the manager went outside and returned with a security guard. The manager went back to what she was doing and never said a word, while the guard walked over to where my board was and pushed it over and fell to the floor with a loud bang.., I went over to him to ask what the problem was,he then said "pick up your thing and get out".., when I asked him why and what I did he had no reason but I could see him getting agitated as he was looked down at my clothes and shoes which were my painting working clothes (a bit old and dirty) and he said " just go"... In a last effort to stay I pulled R650 from my jeans pocket and showed the security and explained that I needed some supplies..,Then his face changed and he said hes sorry but I still have to "get out" because management instructed him. Outside he told me that they said i was a homeless person and, that he should make me leave. So i didnt look worthy to enter the store? I didn't look like i had money? As I left the parking I assured myself that I will never..,ever in my life spend my hard earned money in that store again and everyone I know will not use your store chain anymore.., yes the big faceless corporation who holds no regards to human rights or has no idea about equality, I will support the small companies who welcome the working class and the unemployed and those who have broken shoes and those with nice shoes, neat hair or untidy hair, to enter and buy what they need..What a shameful/awful experience to be misjudged for the way you look.., That's bad, find love for all humanity, regardless of the way they live or how they look...

This line has never been out of service but thanks for your concern regarding the ignorance of your management staff, I have also since changed my banks because, I hope this never happens to anyone else because it is damaging to society and to your business to continue employing staff who misjudge and and humiliate the people who support your store regardless of their wealth or appearance, your apology I will accept but the damage has been done sorry to say..
