Back to School stationery lists not loaded

In their latest Back to School catalogue Waltons has a double-page spread describing the steps for ordering school stationery online. They also promote this on their website. I've tried to follow the catalogue instructions to buy online for my children. The stationery lists are not loaded for their school and each time I phone I get the verbal equivalent of a shrug. No one knows what is going on and there is no plan for when the site might work.

Waltons you've spent money on advertising a feature that doesn't work. On top of that, I can get the same stationery at Pick 'n Pay, so since I can't get it conveniently from your online store, I'll go to Pick 'n Pay.
