Absolutely pathetic customer service

Roshnee Moon Today at 11:13 AM.This is the most atrocious company to deal with regarding ordering stationery especially their back to school division. I ordered my books and paid on the 21/12. I specifically asked if they close over the festive period and was told they don't . Since the 02/01 I have been trying to query my delivery with them with no success. I have spoken to 4 different people and get the same response : we need to check with the warehouse. Lourika, Thembi, Matqola and Eva and Palesa have all been very unhelpful. I would not recommend any schools or in individuals to purchase from them in the future. I will ensure this message gets distributed to as wide an audience as possible.
