A huge "Thumbs-up!" to Tsepo of Waltons, Centurion!

After trying to source Optiplan Masterfiles at various stationers in the Krugersdorp area (including two branches of Waltons and Walton's online) and being met with blank stares, I thought I'd try my luck at Walton's Centurion while I was in the area.

Tsepo apologised for not having any in stock but, of his own initiative, phoned other local branches to locate supplies — in this case, at the Atterbury Value Mart store.

Truly a very welcome breath of first-world customer service!
