3-7 days..what a joke

I made an order on 14 Jan from Walton's online store.Very impressed with being able to do this & getting a message after payment that delivery will be made between 3-7 working days my wait started. And did I wait. On 2 Feb I decided enough is enough & I phoned the call centre after getting a constant \this address does not exist\" error on the help e-mail address stated on the website.I was given Cape Town's number & talked to someone there who promised me the delivery will be made the following day.5 Feb I phoned again & was put on hold before the call was dropped.Phoned again & was promised someone would call me within 30 minutes.Nothing happened.I phoned the local store to find out if someone organised with them to do the delivery & the lady actually asked me if I want to come collect my order, this after paying more for delivery than what the item is worth. Again being promised that it would be delivered asap.On 9 Feb again I wasted my air time to try & figure out where my order is just to have to hear that now they are out of stock. Finally today 15 Feb I got hold of Lizette who actually bothered to sort everything out and get my delivery to me.Never again!!"
