2 week delay for delivery, wrong stock and fighting for credit note!

I think I have spent over 2 hours collectively on the phone, following up and now fighting with Waltons Gauteng office. Firstly, my order was delivered to the wrong address after calling 5 times in a 1 week period, to confirm if the order was placed (which it wasn't). It was then eventually delivered another 7 days later, and the order was not fully correct.

I returned R67.00 worth of goods, with instructions on the delivery note/invoice to credit my company.

It is now 2 weeks later and many many phonecalls later, and the only reponse I keep getting everytime I call is that I must send a pink slip! I reitterated many times that I scanned in and emailed both the delivery note and the invoice, and just hitting the same blank wall.

My accounts department wants to settle the account but needs the credit note, and I have spent much more than the measly R67.00 that I need to be credited, to try get this sorted out.

And I suppose when our company is late with the payment of this invoice, we will be at fault and be charged even more.

If I get one more call asking me what is the problem and what I need to give, I will go crazy. Sort this out, I have heard so many bad stories about Waltons and their incompetence and complete lack of customer service.
