Not bake wat I want

I order cake at watloo bakery and I sent the owner a picture off a cake I want,on Saturday when go to collect the cake ,the cake was not the same I want then I tell the own that is what I want and the cake is not even the same,so the owner tell me the is nothing he can do cause cake can't be the same ,bt why he never tell me gore he can't do the same cake .and even Dore the test was not nice and he tell me gore I must live the cake so I ask he where am going to get the cake cause I want the cake 2 day,the boss he don't cake,plz help I want my money back. Cause am so disappointed
