Airconditioner Ripoff - Greater Durban area

On the 14/06/2019 we ordered and paid for an 18000BTU airconditioner but a 12000BTU unit was installed. To date the matter has not been rectified despite contacting Walter several times. Walter is now avoiding us and has not offered nor made any effort to resolve the issue.
