I would like to share my experience with Dennis Walter to help others avoid similar issues. In May 2024, I paid Dennis Walter R6000 as an advance for services that were supposed to start immediately. However, as of October 2024, no services have been rendered. I requested a refund in July after family matters caused a delay in moving forward with the services. I was assured that the refund would be processed, but despite promises, I have yet to receive the money. Communication has been inconsistent at best. On multiple occasions, I reached out, only to be met with silence or unprofessional behavior. Glenda, who works with Dennis, even confirmed that Dennis promised to refund me but has failed to do so. When I last spoke to Dennis personally in mid-September, he was rude and dismissive but promised to make the payment the following week. That payment never arrived, and he has since stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. I gave Dennis a final deadline of 25th September 2024 to refund the R6000. To this day, I have not received any refund, and I am considering legal action to recover the funds, including interest and additional costs. I want to warn others about this service provider. Be cautious before making any payments upfront, as my experience has been highly disappointing and stressful.
