Walter Architectural Services - *****ed business service - be aware

I had the misfortune of utilising Walters Architectural Services to attend to the submission of my house building renovation plans. After starting the process and paying over R10 000 since October 2021 to Mr. Walter M Mocate to attend to the application for the approval of my plans I became aware that 4 months later no submission was made to the Council nor payment was made. Walter Mocate refused to take or respond to calls and was given enough opportunity to rectify this. I was clearly ******** out of the money. To the public do not utilise his services nor pay any money over to him for his services.
