Walter Sisulu University (WSU) poor service and communication

This is one of the worst institutions if you need to contact its admin offices or any other office. They don't respond to calls or emails. I have requested for a refund after they failed to assist me with student registration query. As a result, I submitted a request for a refund. It has now been three weeks, and I have neither received any correspondence nor confirmation regarding the status of my refund. All the numbers available on the internet do not seem to work or answered. This has made it extremely difficult to resolve what should be a straightforward matter - I am very disappointed with WSU.
