Unfair admitted

I received an email yesterday morning 6:23 am that if been admitted and I'm financially cleared I can complete registration for Faculty of Management and Public Administration Sciences in Butterworth ibika campus as soon as I received the emails I logged in and continued unto registration site as registering I received an sms that I've been admitted but registration was full after just receiving the email and when I went to East London campus the only looked my application and told me it's full after receiving admitted status a few hours ago which is very unfair in this case
