R4600 registration ****

On the 11th of February, I made a payment for my little brother's registration. The payment reference is ***. My brother's registration was never successful even though his application was accepted by the university. We have been trying to get a refund from the university, but nothing has happened and they are not answering any phone calls. I'm a student myself and I took out a loan because I didn't want my brother to miss out on an opportunity. I'm still paying that loan off and the money seems to be lost. Apparently, many other people are going through the same thing and wsu is not giving them their refunds.

We are running out of options.
