Exclusion due to lost key

I lost my residence key at Student Village and my 2023 registration was blocked. I weñt to Finance department and was told to pay R520 for key fee and I made the payment last week. I have been enquiring about this issue since last week. As a son of the soil I decidéd to travel from my home town Queenstown to go to Butterworth to enquire personally. Regarding the sunny conditions i went to registration then was told to go to residence offices, after approaching them was further told to go to CLTD where was told to meet Ms Fire. She told mé that the registration error will be cleared after 14h00 but up until now nothing has changed on my student portal. My mom is diabetic and her concerns regarding me are lacking right now as if am a big ****. How much is travelling from Queenstown to Butterworth to enquire for education that is previlaged to me. Butterworth IBika Campus is failing me as a senior student.
