Disappointing Finance Expirience at Walter Sizulu University (Mthatha Campus)

I’m a current student at Walter Sizulu University . I have encountered several issues with the finance system which includes them always having to not want to process my refund request.It’s been more than 3 weeks now that I have been calling them everyday .Their response is just “give me your number and student number and we will get back to you,and worse is that they don’t even give you a chance to try to explain your situation .

Every time I tried to apply for the refund they always denied it.When I call them they say don’t have a valid reason why my application was denied and they just say try applying again .Which I tried more than 4 times and kept on getting denied of my refund
