Improve telephone etiquette and service

I called in to find out about the trading times and rules about taking pictures and the receptionist who answered the phone was beyond rude. No telephone etiquette none whatsoever. She answered the phone as though she did not feel like talking, rushed me through the conversation and said 'goodbye' before I could even establish anything. Please improve this, she is part of the face of the company and her behaviour did not paint it well.
