Shoddy Service ...again

Not recommended at all. Collects a fee but unable to understand client concerns and to deal with them accordingly. To have Momentum call me and threaten to again increase my premiums due to a change of broker is beyond belief. I have had no accidents for 10+ years but have had my premiums doubled in the short space of time my policy was under this broker.
