Walmer Vet Dissapoints!

I recently took my black lab into Walmer Vet at 9th Ave as he had a big absyss on his leg. I filled in the paperwork and they told me he will have to stay over night as he will be drugged and sleepy-they had to operate and drain it. When I called the next day the rude Bri****h receptionist told me that a vet will call me back. I didn't hear back so drove there later the day to fetch my dog. When I got there the receptionist told me that he was being discharged. I asked what was wrong and what they did to repair the leg and she just shortly responded that he had an absyss. I said \I could've told you that-what caused it? How did they treat it? How can I prevent it from happening again? What is the follow up action?"She couldn't give me any answers. She gave me the Anti Biotics and told me to give it to him that evening. The she changed her mind and said \""Oh no maybe you need to start tomorrow morning.\"" Then she went to check with a Vet who confirmed I had to start the anti biotics the next day. I was angered. Surely if a vet takes someones dog in and operates and keeps the dog overnight he should at least come out the next day-explain what was done and how it can be prevented?"""
