Walmer park door security.......

Went to walmer park yesterday. I entered at the entrance near telkom. I was given a peg as per the Covid-19 measures..... No problem with that. I was at the dischem and I was on my way out at the entrance near the John dories. Since this is much closer to the parking lot where my car was parked. When I went towards the doors, the security gard at the door when we tried to hand him our pegs said very rudely and abruptly " where did you get that peg! ". At first I was completely confused as to what he was illuding to. He again in a stern manner asked same question. At that point I clicked and realized the peg I had was green and the ones in his bucket he was holding where yellow. And at this point I lost my tempor! Realizing what he was getting at. Total lack of customer service, all he needed to do with politely say, Apologies, but you can't exit here as we are controlling the numbers by using different colored pegs and different doors. I reiterated this to him I must admit in not a very calm manner. This is clearly a case of a bit much power to the head........ I suggest the mall managers educate their security staff with regards to customer service.........
