DO NOT do business with Wallet and Finch Properties

Here's why you should NOT DO BUSINESS with Wallet and Finch Properties. They do not care about you as a customer. We bought an apartment with them and our experience was absolutely terrible! From the start their communications were unprofessional and not clear regarding the moving in period. The property was in a very unkept and disorderly state! We were told that the property would be cleaned before the new tenants move in. During the time when the property was in the process of being transferred from the seller to new owner the communications were unprofessional. vague and very NOT very helpful!

By the time that we moved in the property was filthy, even the bath was absolutely disgusting apart from all the other equipment that was not functioning properly and broken. We had to pay a cleaning lady R900.00 to clean up the place but yet we were told that the current tenants would see that the place would be cleaned. When we asked about the repairing of all the broken equipment items, we were told that we did not buy a new house. so, all the repairs had to be done by us and paid for, but yet the damages had to be paid for by the previous tenants or taken of their deposits.

There were so much more complaints, but it would take a lot more time to list it all here, and a total waste of my time, but if anybody would like to learn more, they are most welcome to contact me.

Therefore, I will not advise anybody to deal with Wallett and Finch Properties!
