Have been using this service for years. Never had to reach out to customer service. Works like charm.

I wish more business would support it and Walletdoc to bridge to EFT.

Hi James,
Credit & debit cards have percentage fees associated with them that are absorbed by Walletdoc merchants. For a Walletdoc customer to pay non Walletdoc merchants we would have to charge that fee to the customer. Its for this reason that we have not gone that route.
