We understand your frustration. As mentioned previously, the refund of R4,000 was successfully processed on 26 March 2025. We’ve now also emailed you official proof from our acquiring bank confirming this, including all relevant transaction details. We recommend that you present this documentation to your bank and request that they escalate the matter internally. The refund was processed back to the same card originally used, and your bank should be able to trace and credit the funds using the details provided. Once a refund is confirmed and processed by the acquiring bank, any delays thereafter are the responsibility of the receiving bank. Please let us know if you need any further assistance in dealing with your bank. Kind regards, Walletdoc Support Team
