Wallet junkie sells defective merchandise and don't assist when item malfunctioned

I purchased a apple Air tag leather wallet during Nivember 2023,on the advert there was a lifetime warranty noted.A few days ago the mechanism failed to work and the springs and covet came out,I emailed Wallet Junkie and expressed my co concern and no response from them.Please think twice before supporting companies like this with no contact number and physical address,they are a ****,stay away from them!Hard lesson learned by myself
