Product not meeting the quality standards as advertised

Just a couple of months after making a purchase of a wallet, cards are just falling out of the wallet. This is definitely in accordance with the quality that has been advertised. An email has been sent to as per contact details provided for warranties, however no feedback has been received after a month.
