Ordered 2 wallets on 6 August 2024

Ordered 2 wallets on 6 August 2024. Waited patiently for it to be delivered. 15 August I emailed to ask when is delivery. No response. A few days later i called and they said it's not in stock and she will call me back. Got an email on 27th August to say order in way. The courier company said it wasn't ready for collection. On 7th September I got an email to ask how the wallet is? So how do I rate something tht wasn't delivered? Is this place legit?
