No communication regarding delay in delivery!!

1 star is too much. I ordered a wallet from them on the 28th of November and my order was supposed to arrive on the 4th-5th, but I still haven’t received it. I have been trying to communicate with them, but they ignore all my texts, DMs and emails. I now have to wait probably for another week for my order to come. I am very unhappy with their customer service. The least they could have done was communicate and tell me that there might be a delay, but the fact that they keep on ignoring me is not right. There were 2 more wallets that I wanted to order very soon, but the treatment is not good at all. I will be going elsewhere!!
