Empty promises

No rating for this company at all. I see plenty of bad reviews about the delivery problems where promises are made to clients and nothing is done. Kai you need to take ownership of your company and when a client like myself personally contacts you and pays extra for a delivery, you need to make sure it happens. The phrase "my staff forgot to send it" does not go down well. Service is your only differentiator and you cannot even get that right. To top it off when I called you you did not bother to even apologise but blame someone else. You were not forthcoming with a plan at all
